1. Introduction
   These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the car rental services provided by Cab Rent Service. By proceeding with a booking, you accept these terms in full.
2. Eligibility for Booking
   • You must be at least 18 years of age to book a car with Cab Rent Service.
   • You must possess a valid driver's license if you are opting for a self-drive service.
3. Booking Confirmation
   • A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation is issued.
   • Cab Rent Service reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking for valid reasons such as unavailability or technical errors.
4. Pricing & Payment
   • Prices listed on the website or mobile app are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment gateways.
5. Customer Responsibilities
   • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details, such as pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times.
   • You must maintain the car in good condition during the rental period and adhere to all traffic laws.
   • Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer, and repair costs may be charged accordingly.
6. Company Cancellations
   • In the unlikely event that Cab Rent Service has to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund.
7. No-Show Policy
   • If the customer fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
8. Early Returns
   • No refunds or discounts will be provided for returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled drop-off time.
9. Use of Rental Vehicle
   • The rental vehicle must be used for legal purposes only and must not be used for activities such as racing, illegal transportation of goods, or any unlawful conduct.
   • The customer is prohibited from sub-renting the vehicle to a third party.
10. Insurance & Liability
    • Cab Rent Service vehicles are covered by basic insurance, which includes third-party liability. However, customers may still be liable for damages caused by their actions or negligence.
    • The customer agrees to pay any excess fees in case of damage not covered by insurance.
11. Force Majeure
    • Cab Rent Service will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or accidents.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    • Cab Rent Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to check these terms periodically for any changes.
13. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cab Rent Service operates.
