Refund Policy for Car Booking


  1. Introduction
    This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for car bookings made with Cab Rent Service.
  2. Cancellation by the Customer
    Full Refund: Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
    Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 50% refund..
    No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  3. Cancellation by the Company
    If Cab Rent Service needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
  4. No-Show Policy
    If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
  5. Early Returns
    If the customer returns the car earlier than the scheduled drop-off time, no refund will be provided for the unused rental period.
  6. Refund Process
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  7. Changes to the Refund Policy
    Cab Rent Service reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or our website.
