Refund Policy for Car Booking

Introduction
This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for car bookings made with Cab Rent Service. -
Cancellation by the Customer
Full Refund: Customers who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a 50% refund..
No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. -
Cancellation by the Company
If Cab Rent Service needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund. -
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, no refund will be provided. -
Early Returns
If the customer returns the car earlier than the scheduled drop-off time, no refund will be provided for the unused rental period. -
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. -
Changes to the Refund Policy
Cab Rent Service reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or our website. -
